Our History
Deep Ape was established in 2020. I was struggling bringing up a baby on my own. I knew I needed work that would fit in and around my beautiful son.
After some Deep thinking, combining my history and passion for the arts, I fell head over heels for the 'Art of Garment Printing'.
Hence, Deep Ape was born.
Based in the city of Leeds, we have sent work to all corners of the UK. We have been privileged to print for Channel 4, Guinness and other breweries, along with local businesses, artists, bands and gyms. We print for successful brands and have launched our own Deep Ape merch.
We are extremely proud and excited to launch our new Apparel Shop, featuring works by local artists. All our apparel is hand printed with water-based inks on high quality garments. We reflect their skills and dedication with unparalleled quality prints.

Screen Printing
High Quality Printing with Waterbased Eco Friendly Inks.
Waterbased screen printing is the highest and most durable quality printing available. Best suited for runs of 20 plus garments.
Vinyl Printing
Never underestimate Vinyl! Perfect for individual and larger runs.
There is a large amount of specialist vinyls available. Glow in the dark, Block, Flock and Metallic just to name a few. Vinyl is a staple for any garment creation.
DTF
The high quality of our DTF speaks for its self.
The ideal choice for small and long print runs. Especially suited for multiple colour designs where screen printing becomes expensive.
Sublimation
Our sublimation prints are high resolution with vibrant colours.
Sublimation is not just for T-shirts. Coasters, Mugs, Guitar picks, Clocks, Canvas, Sheets of Material, Socks... you name it, it can be sublimated.

Inner neck labels
Remove the manufacturer's label and print your own.
We have a selection of garments with tear out labels. We can screen print, DTF or Vinyl print a 100% custom neck label. This is a great way to add value and professional finish to your garments.
Blank T-shirts & Hoodies
We are happy for customers to supply their own blanks.
We can offer great deals on apparel from AS colour and Cotton Ridge. We also have accounts with large clothing distributors here in the UK.
Positions and size
Although a shirt is a blank canvas and you can place a print anywhere, we have diagrams and sizing charts for the best printing placements.
One placement is a print that is printed with the same stroke and same screen. A bottom left tag or neck print would be a separate placement.
