The skilled art of creating stencils on mesh and printing with inks directly onto the garment. It is one of the oldest forms of printing, yet screen printing can still reach places other printing methods cannot reach.
Highly detailed, soft to hand prints. Metallic and reflective inks. Vintage cracking inks. Puff inks and many more including the standard, vibrant colours you would expect.
We take pride in our Eco-friendly practices, using water-based inks that are safe for the environment. This commitment to sustainability ensures that you not only look good in our prints but also feel good about your purchase.
Water-based inks are the most durable and long lasting of prints. Because there is zero plastics you can iron directly over the print. The print won’t melt, damage or peel away. This is a unique aspect of water-based screen printing.
Screen printing can be the cheapest and best value, with unparalleled quality finish.
So, what’s the catch?
Screen printing works best for runs of 20 plus. There is a lot of work that goes into setting up a screen printing run. Each colour requires its own screen. There is a set up fee for each screen used. For multiple colour jobs the screens need to be aligned with each other and bright colours on dark shirts might require an underbase.

Things to consider with screen printing; the number of colours and that each colour needs its own screen. However, with just one screen you can create awesome photographic, detailed images. See the examples below as a guide for the number of screens and colours. Each screen carries a set up fee and each colour has an additional charge.
Using ONLY white ink on a black shirt, breaking the image down into very small dots-like an ink jet printer. The black colour of the shirt creates the shades of the design.
Using white and black ink, similar to the first print with an additional black screen to create grey tones on the lighter shirt.
There are more than four colours in this print. In the same way an ink jet printer uses CMYK, screen printing can use small dots to overlay each other, creating the tones and shades seen here.

We also have a selection of bright fluorescent colours.
